Do you remember when we finally arrived at the final four season eight cheftestants?

With the final four chefs working in teams of two, the quickfire challenge was designed so that they create no less than 100 identical dishes in one hour.

  • Red Team: Antonia and Tiffany
  • Blue Team: Mike and Richard

The winning team, Red Team: Antonia and Tiffany (Beef Tenderloin Salad with Cilantro, Mint, Basil and Chimichurri Sauce) split $5,000.

In the elimination challenge, one of the most difficult cooking tests ever seen on “Top Chef,” the chefs were tasked with creating a high-end lunch party for a yacht club’s 80th anniversary and served up Bahamian delicacies, including conch, which they had to catch from the ocean.

While the winning chef was Mike (Banana Leaf Wrapped Grouper, Braised Pineapple & Conch Vinaigrette); unfortunately for Tiffany (Conch & Coconut Chowder with Sweet Potatoes & Conch Ceviche), her dish did not hit the mark. She was consequently eliminated from the competition.
