Scottish celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay, best known for several television productions inclusive of “Masterchef,” “Hell’s Kitchen” and “Hotel Hell,” is getting ready to present a brand new television series where he tries to assist troubled restaurants.

Unlike “Kitchen Nightmares,” in “Gordon Ramsay’s 24 Hours to Hell & Back,” the celebrity chef is limited to a single day.

Ramsay’s latest television production, produced by Studio Ramsay, went into pre-production Friday, 22 Sept. 2017.

As a side note to Ramsay’s career as an actor, while the chef appeared as himself in the 2011 James Hacking written and directed romantic dramedy “Love’s Kitchen,” you should pay closer attention to the voice of the Baker Smurf in the 2017 Kelly Asbury directed animated adventure comedy “Smurfs: The Lost Village.”

You might be surprised to learn Baker Smurf is voiced by the Scottish chef.
